Get to know us.

When Mady was 6 she decided she was going to be in the Olympics. The natural thought that comes from watching Gabby Douglas win gold! She begged and begged me to put her in gymnastics, but as a single mother I couldn't afford it. I did the only thing I could think of,  took my tumbling experience from cheer gymnastics and sat down with her to learn everything we could about the USAG program and how they did gymnastics. Our free time was spent on YouTube and watching proper technique. When I was in a place I could pay for some classes she tried out as a level 4 and made the team. She learned a lot. We ended up switching gyms multiple times, trying to find a good fit for her goals.  And it really did take us going to each gym to get Mady to where she is today. They all offered something different. Each one gave her something she needed, but also had a cap to stop her from also getting what she wanted.

Over a short period we realized what she needed was a place that combined everything.  A one stop shop. Mady's goal was to be level 7 in 3 years. That would put her where she needed to be to catch up to her age group and set her in a safe zone to be level 10 by her senior year. How does all of this lead to Cache Valley Gymnastics/ Little Leapers? Two gyms at the same time, private lessons and more to get this figured out was a much bigger price tag then I could handle. So Mady suggested she run a class in our back yard over the summer to save up for her big dreams. She was 10 and had a "not giving up attitude" mom couldn't afford. And so we dove in even deeper. With a whole lot in between, we ended up here.

Our goal was to create classes all incomes could afford. Little humans, just like Mady, able to have a place to start and reach their dreams. We have taken some passions of mine, children and charity work, and turned that into fundraiser camps to help kids reach goals they are struggling to fund. We took some passions of Mady's,  Offering a variety of classes, levels and options on hours, so all kids, with their specific goals can find a place to fit. We want you to have choices. To see our dreams align and come full circle chokes me up on a daily basis. When we see your kids work for something and make little changes to get their, our hearts explode.   When we see success over the big stuff and the little stuff, fulfillment washes over us.

On a side note; Mady hit that 3 year goal to be level 7. The day she made her level 7 bar routine, it created a memory will forever be etched into my mind. Its not every day you get to literally see someone's big goal happen in real time. Her team, her coaches, the moms, all went wild with cheers. I cried. I watched what she went through to get there, I saw the work. And I was proud. I want those moment for you and your child too. Mady is quiet, her spirit is sweet and she will show up for your kids the way her coaches, over the years, showed up for her. As will all of us here!

Maybe CVG isn't the best fit for you! That's okay too. Reach out and tell us what you ARE looking for and we will guide you to the best place in town that fits your needs. We are here to help your child in a way that is best for them. We want you to skip the hoops that we, and so many others in the valley have had to jump through, and just help you get right to where you want to be.
